Baala Chikitsa is one of the 8 branches of Ayurveda which explains the management of diseases affecting children. It is also known as Kaumaarabhruthya, which describes the correction of the vitiated breast milk, management of the diseases that happens due to this breast milk and varios syndromes due to the influence of planet or evil spirits, infectous agents etc.
